What’s New: Supplier Highlights from Jeep Invasion 2025

The Total Truck Centers team hit the road to Pigeon Forge this past weekend for the Great Smoky Mountain Jeep Invasion—and it didn’t disappoint. Thousands of Jeep enthusiasts, off-road builders, and industry brands packed into the LeConte Center and surrounding lots. It was the perfect setting to connect face-to-face with our supplier partners, check out new products, and gather insights to bring back to you—our jobber network. We captured a few short video clips from the show floor so you can hear directly from the brands you carry. Here’s a quick recap of what we learned and what’s worth paying attention to.

Baja Designs – LP Series Gets a Color Boost

Brian from Baja Designs gave us a quick update on their LP series lighting, now featuring colored backlighting. That means your customers can match their lights to their rock lights, paint, or any custom build theme.

  • Same race-proven lighting performance

  • Lifetime warranty

  • Now with customizable backlight colors

Tip for your customers: Let them know these lights are designed and tested in off-road racing, so they’re built to handle real abuse.

DV8 Offroad – Feedback Wanted on New Gear

DV8 brought out a sharp Gladiator setup featuring:

  • Color-matched fenders

  • New OE Plus steps

  • New skid plate

  • Molle pocket accessories

They’re actively looking for feedback from the field, so now’s a good time to let them know what your customers are asking for. What do you think your Jeep customers want more of—style, function, or both?

Rancho – Fine-Tune the Ride with RS9000 Shocks

Rancho’s adjustable RS9000 shocks let your customers dial in their suspension from soft to stiff.

  • 9-point adjustability

  • Settings 1–3 mimic OEM feel

  • Settings 4–9 firm things up for serious off-roading

Selling point: This is a true daily driver/off-roader solution. Your customers can tune for comfort or capability—no tools needed.

Factor 55 + WARN Industries – New Recovery Options

Justin from WARN and Factor 55 showed us three standout products:

  • Cross Beam Shackle: A permanent bumper-mounted shackle point, compatible with both hard and soft shackles.

  • Hammer Loop: A soft shackle integrated into the UltraHook, so it’s always on hand when you need it.

  • USA-Made Snap Ring Pliers: For those doing more hands-on winch or pulley maintenance.

Pro tip: If you have hardcore trail customers, this new gear gives them more function with fewer loose parts.

Westin Automotive – Full Jeep Lineup on Display

Jay from Westin showed off a full spread of new Jeep-focused gear, including:

  • EXP Truck Cap

  • Pro-E Power Running Boards

  • SX Winch – Midnight Black Edition

  • XTS Rock Rails and Tonneau Covers for Gladiator

Westin continues to push into the Jeep space with functional and well-designed accessories that are easy to sell and install.

Smoky Mountain Jeep Invasion gave us a firsthand look at what’s next in the Jeep and off-road space—and we’re excited to help you bring these products into your store. Questions about stocking or promoting these products? Contact your Total Truck Centers rep and let’s talk.
