The HS-20 Series Bumper Hitch Step is a universal hitch step that mounts to any standard 2-inch receiver hitch. It has a dual purpose to function as both a hitch step and an anti-collision bumper. The spring-loaded, flip-down step self-retracts when not in use to transform into a urethane impact plate that provides rear-end protection. The mild steel construction is topped with a black powder-coated finish, while the step features an exclusive molded hex tread pattern for a no-slip safety grip. The low-profile design features multiple mounting holes that reduce the overall length of the vehicle. Plus, this compact design is easy to remove and store when not needed. The hitch pin and anti-rattle device are sold separately.
